Digital Products — All Sales Final
All our BaZi reports are digital products that are custom-generated based on your personal birth information. Due to the nature of digital goods and the personalized work involved, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Why No Refunds?
- Each report is individually generated based on the birth data you provide.
- Once a digital product is delivered, it cannot be returned.
- The information in the report is immediately accessible and consumable.
Exceptions
The only situation where we will issue a refund is if:
- Duplicate charge: You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a verified system error on our end.
Before You Purchase
Please ensure:
- You have read the full product description and understand what is included in each report tier.
- You have your accurate birth information ready (date, time, gender).
- You understand that BaZi readings are interpretive in nature and results may vary.
Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us regarding a duplicate charge, we reserve the right to suspend your account and deny future services.
